COOKING DEMONSTRATION

Join us for our next cooking demonstration on Friday, September 14th at 11:30 am in which we will take you through the steps on how to prepare a Brook trout with zucchini, squash, basil and pepper sauce.

The demonstration will be followed by a three-course luncheon with the trout being served as your main course.

The price of the luncheon is $40 per person, which does not include beverages, tax and gratuities.

ANNIVERSARY UPDATE

Due to the overwhelming success of our 27th Anniversary week, we have decided to extend the celebration one more week, Tuesday, August 14th through Saturday, August 18th with a special tasting dinner and  background harmony.
